Notes: Beef reduced from 837g → 745g to offset calories from eggs and extra liver. Liver bumped to 90g for zinc/selenium. 2 eggs added for zinc, selenium, choline — zinc now hits NRC target (~5.6 mg/day). Always portion by weight, not measuring cup. Microwave briefly → stir → wrist test → then add multivitamin. Never batch the multivitamin.
